These general terms and conditions (the "Terms") apply when you as a consumer ("You") place an order via our website https://www.mypauze.com/ and associated pages, (the "Website"). The terms constitute an agreement between you and MYPAUZE INTERNATIONAL AB, org. no 559213–6237, ("MyPauze" or "we" or "us"). The terms are only applicable to you who are a consumer and who make orders via the website. We ask you to carefully read the Terms before further use of the website. By making purchases from and using this website, you agree to the following terms.
To be able to order on the website, you must be 18 years of age or older. According to Swedish law, MyPauze International AB does not accept credit purchases for persons under 18 years of age. We reserve the right in individual cases to refuse or change your order (for example, if you have provided incorrect personal information and / or have payment remarks).
MyPauze International AB reserves the right to final sales and any image and typing errors on the website, such as errors in product description or technical specification, incorrect prices and price adjustments (such as changed prices from suppliers or currency changes) or incorrect information regarding whether an item is in stock. MyPauze International AB reserves the right to correct any errors and to change or update the information at any time. If an incorrect price has been entered for an item that you have ordered, we will of course notify you of this and await your approval of the corrected price before we continue with the order. 1.1 PRICES, FEES AND PAYMENT
All prices are current and may change in the future. Individual and current total price for your order is summed up at checkout, including deductions for discount codes, any shipping fees and payment. Once we have received an order from you, we will send a confirmation to your email address. It is therefore important that you enter the correct information when you place an order. We recommend that you save the confirmation to facilitate any contacts with our customer service. The confirmation also constitutes your receipt that you have completed the purchase.
We offer Klarna Checkout as a payment solution that makes it easy, flexible and safe for you to shop online. By answering a few questions, you can easily identify yourself and you can choose the payment method that suits you best. A feature of Klarna Checkout is that we differentiate between purchase and payment. First you confirm your purchase and then you choose how you want to pay. Either with a Klarna invoice or a Klarna account - or with a card or bank transfer. Everything is just as safe. MyPauze International AB has the right to charge already in connection with the order unless invoice payment or other similar payment method has been chosen by you and approved by us. MyPauze International AB does not store or handle any bank or credit card numbers.
MyPauze International AB may offer promotions on the website that have more favorable terms than those stated in these Terms, e.g. discounts or extended right of withdrawal. These more favorable terms apply as long as the campaign is active and for the specific goods specified by MyPauze International AB in connection with the campaign. We reserve the right to withdraw such promotions at any time. Upon termination or revocation of a promotion, these Terms apply without modification. Offers on specific items on the website are valid for a limited time and as long as stock lasts.
1.2 DELIVERY AND CANCELLATION
Items that are in stock are normally delivered within the number of working days stated on the website. Unless otherwise specifically agreed, e.g. in connection with the booking of goods that are not in stock. Upon delivery, a fixed price of SEK 29 applies for order values below SEK 500. We only deliver within Sweden. Terms for delivery are also stated at checkout under each delivery method. If an item has a different delivery time, it is stated next to each item. You as a customer always have the right to cancel the purchase in the event of delivery delays. There may be occasions when it is impossible to complete the order, for example when our supplier or forwarder is unable to fulfill their commitment to us. We reserve the right to disclaim all compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays.
You have the right to cancel an order if it has not been sent. If you feel that the delivery of an item is unusually delayed, which means that you no longer want to complete the purchase, it is your responsibility to make a cancellation. In the event that the shipment has already been sent, the customer must receive the order. A cancellation is not valid until a confirmation has been received from us. If a product is no longer sold, MyPauze International AB has the right to cancel the purchase and make a refund. We notify the customer if a returned item or a similar product is available. MyPauze International AB's liability for errors in connection with delivery is limited in accordance with the applicable delivery terms for the current delivery and what follows from these terms. Our liability to you for any losses or damages that occur in connection with your order on the website is limited to the total amount of your order. MyPauze International AB is not responsible for indirect losses. If for any reason you choose not to pick up a delivery from the delivery point, the item will be returned to our warehouse - For uncollected letters or packages, we charge a fee of SEK 100 for the costs of our administration, shipping, return shipping and handling. Unredeemed packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
1.3 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RIGHT OF EXCHANGE
You have the right to return one or more products for a refund within 14 days after that
you have received your order. You have the right to change your order within 30 days of receiving your order. Carefully read the following points that apply to approved returns:

- The product must be in the same condition as when it was received. The product must also be in its original packaging.
- Returns should be sent as a letter or package, not against cash on delivery.
- Products purchased directly through our website must be returned to our warehouse in order for a change to be made. The products cannot be exchanged at one of our retailers.
- Note that we always refund the amount you paid for each product upon return. When buying with a discount, you get back the discounted price for the product.
- For campaigns, special rules may apply for returns, for example.
1.4 WARRANTY AND COMPLAINT
MyPauze International AB's warranty is valid for one year. The products are manufactured to live up to our high quality requirements, in addition, the products are also covered by our warranty against any manufacturing defects. MyPauze International AB's warranty covers only the parts mentioned above. To report a warranty issue, contact customer service. Note that our guarantees do not cover:
- Defects and damage due to loss, theft or fire.
- Faults or damage caused by improper use, negligence (blows, dents, crush damage, falls, etc.), accidents or unjustified repair or modification.
- Aesthetic changes, defects and damage due to normal wear and tear and aging (eg minor scratches and flaky paint, etc.).
- Failure to follow care instructions may void the warranty.
- It is important that you as a customer carefully examine the product when you receive it.
Complaints regardless of the reason must always be made to MyPauze International AB. If, after receiving the item, you discover that it is damaged or does not correspond to the item you ordered, you must contact us within 30 days. Any complaints should be made to our customer service. Please provide us with your order number and the reason for your complaint and we will return with further instructions on returning the item.
Defective products returned to us must be treated carefully by the customer and as if they were faultless. Regardless of the reason for return, it is of great importance that the product is packaged so that it cannot be damaged during transport. If an item is to be replaced, this is done for an item of the corresponding model. If a certain product no longer exists, the customer is instead entitled to a refund. If a dispute arises between you as a customer and MyPauze International AB and we do not succeed in resolving the dispute, you can send a complaint to the EU's online dispute resolution function, Online Dispute Resolution.

Our website may include user-generated content from, for example, social media. MyPauze International AB takes no legal responsibility for such material. All goods remain the property of MyPauze International AB until the full payment has been received by the company. All fraud attempts are reported to the police. MyPauze International AB reserves the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected.
1.7 FORCE MAJEURE
