What attracted you to MyPauze and made you want to join the team?

– What attracted me to MyPauze was that it is a startup in an exciting growth phase, and I was excited to be part of that journey. I was also drawn to the close-knit and supportive culture, where people can share ideas openly and work together towards common goals.

What are you most excited to learn or explore at MyPauze?

– I am most excited to learn and grow across different parts of the business. I really enjoy the variety that comes with working in a smaller team, where you get to take on many different tasks and learn by doing. I am also eager to learn more about the industry and B2B sales, and how a growing company builds strong relationships with its customers and partners.

If you could describe your approach to your role in three words, what would they be?

– Engaging, social and proactive.

If you were a MyPauze product, which one would you be and why?

– I would choose the Weighted Animal Monkey. I’m calm and reliable, but also playful, energetic, and always ready to bring a positive attitude – just like a monkey!
